ConnectUS provides recent graduates and young professionals the opportunity to immerse themselves in the American business environment in their chosen occupational field to enhance their techniques, methodologies, and expertise.
OCCUPATIONAL CATEGORIES
The Occupational Categories that USCulturalExchange can facilitate are:
- Agriculture, Forestry, and Fishing
- Arts and Culture
- Construction and Building Trades;
- Education, Social Sciences, Library Science, Counseling and Social Services;
- Health Related Occupations;
- Hospitality and Tourism;
- Information Media and Communications;
- Management, Business, Commerce and Finance;
- Public Administration and Law; and
- The Sciences, Engineering, Architecture, Mathematics and Industrial Occupations.
Trainee Visa
Applicants who qualify as trainees are allowed to stay for up to 18 months.
- Non US Citizen
- 18 Years Old
- Proficiency in English
Degree or professional certificate from a foreign, ministerially recognized post-secondary academic institution and at least one year of related full-time work experience outside the United States.
OR
Five years of work experience outside the United States in the desired training field.
Intern Visa
Applicants who qualify as trainees are allowed to stay for up to 12 months.

- 18 Years Old
- Proficiency in English
Currently enrolled full-time and actively pursuing studies at a ministerially-recognized degree
OR Certificate-granting post-secondary academic institution* outside the United States
OR Have graduated from such an institution no more than 12 months prior to desired internship start date.
